A Nurse's Journey provides nurse-led specimen collection, drug and alcohol testing coordination, DNA testing coordination, wellness services, and related services in Central Ohio. Laboratory analysis, result reporting, and Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are performed by independent third-party laboratories and clinical partners — not by A Nurse's Journey. We do not provide medical diagnoses, medical treatment, or medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer.

Submitting a form on our website is a service request only. It does not confirm an appointment, guarantee service availability, or constitute a binding agreement. Your service is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from A Nurse's Journey.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and request services on your own behalf. Services for minors require the consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using our website or requesting services. Providing false information in connection with drug testing, DNA testing, or other regulated services may have legal consequences.

Payment for services is processed through Square. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charge for services rendered. For information about cancellations and refunds, see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We do not guarantee specific test results, laboratory turnaround times, or the court-admissibility of any test result. Court-admissibility depends on whether all applicable legal, chain-of-custody, and regulatory requirements are met throughout the collection, transport, and laboratory analysis process.

At-home testing kits and Evidential Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT) are not currently available. These services are listed as coming soon. Do not rely on their availability for time-sensitive legal, employment, or compliance purposes.

All content on this website is the property of A Nurse's Journey or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Nurse's Journey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of appropriate jurisdiction in Ohio.
