Regrettably Chelsea King’s body was found Tuesday afternoon in Lake Hodges. My heartfelt wishes go out to the family. The community which had searched in hopes of bring her home to the family that loved her were heartbroken at finding this amazing young woman thrown away in a muddy grave LIKE TRASH. Today they had the arraignment hearing for her alleged murderer and feelings were running high in front of the court house.

There were demands for stronger sentences for sex offenders and no parole. Some were even asking for a one strike law for people who harm children. Yesterday I stated that we have the voice and the vote to change the laws to keep our children safe. Maybe this will be the catalyst to get things going.

I hope Chelsea did not die in vain and that something can be done to keep these monsters off the streets. To bad we don’t have the same laws as the Middle East where the offending body part would be cut off!

Sex offenders we are putting you on notice. NO LONGER WILL YOU BE ALLOWED TO HURT OUR CHILDREN!
