I wish it had been me
After reading the story about a man slapping a crying two year old in the face three or four times, I wished it would have been me and my child. Don’t get me wrong. I would not have wanted my child to have been slapped. But if someone was fool enough to put his hands on my child, they would have still been trying to pry me off of him.
I have seen unruly kids that needed to be taken to task but for a stranger to slap my child he would have thought that the devil himself had been turned loose on him. Playing devils advocate I know there are mothers who let the kid go wild in stores and restaurants, but a two year old could have been tired or teething and not feeling well. After looking at the picture of this fool he looks like a red neck with evil intentions toward all.
But my dear man get this straight. I am a Black mother and if you had put your hands on my child you would have been shaking hands with the devil because I would have put your lights out!
