Senior Citizens at the mercy of airline

As a senior citizen my heart ached at this story. An 85 year old woman returning from a family reunion and wheelchair bound was left sitting in her chair by an airline attendant and missed her flight. As if this was not enough, she was to get on another flight and the attendant did not get her to that flight in time either!

Now at 85 years of age how many more times do you have to travel? I am not being morbid just realistic? I am sure at this point, the lady will not want to leave home again with out someone to accompany her? What did the airline have to say for themselves? Pretty much “oh well, that was just human error.”

GET A GRIP! You are running a business and YOU provide the service of helping the handicapped and young kids get to their destinations, safe and sound. I have written on how you have falling down in both cases.

If you are not going to provide the service in an efficient manner, don’t charge and collect an extra fee for it!
