Protect and serve: Oh yeah revisited again and again
The good ole boys in Arkansas have struck. A trooper pulled over an ambulance because he said the driver failed to yield to him and oh my god, gave so he says, ”the finger!”
As a cop, I am sure he has been given the finger and many other negative things many times before. But could it also be that since the driver of the ambulance was Black and the trooper was White, it made a difference? You can bet your sweet patooties it did! I can almost hear him saying who does that he think he is?
Did it matter that there was a patient in the back needing to get to the hospital? No! There were no lights on because the patient condition did not require it. But neither did the trooper grabbing the driver by the throat, pointing his finger in his face, and threatening to arrest him either. That was totally uncalled for!
The poor darling cop is on paid leave and his mouth piece is touting what a good man he is.
Good men are not racist. Good men do not use their uniform and guns to bully people no matter what their skin color is. A good man is one who keeps his cool when those around him loose theirs.
If this is a good man God help us ALL!

Lillie: I hear you Lady! As a police officer I am becoming more and more disgusted by the folks who wear the uniform! I consider myself fortunate to work for a department that is fairly diverse and doesn’t suffer from as many of of the issues as we see back east, but Lord, it seems so many of these boys these days just wanna make an honorable profession look bad! I’m spoiled working in Southern California! In my division I am one of a very few white females working the streets. My team is comprised of two Hispanic men and two black men. When I hear about the kind of stuff you’re talking about here, I’m just shocked!! When will human beings ever learn to be HUMANE!!!

It is nice to hear from you again. Thank you for the continued support but most of all thank you for your service; I hope no one thinks that I believe all police are bad because I had relatives that served in law enforcement. Its just that in this day and age you would think the good ole boy attitude would die away.
